Martin is an associate attorney with the Wallace Law Group. His practice areas include civil litigation, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation defense.
Martin graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, High Honors, from Emory University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He received a Master of Arts in English from the University of Georgia in 2015. Martin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2018. While at Alabama Law, Martin served as an executive editor with the Alabama Law Review and as vice president of the Public Interest Student Board. Martin also received the Dean’s Scholar Award, a full-tuition scholarship, and the Pro Bono Excellence Award.
Martin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. He also practices before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He is also a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyer Association.
Martin’s trial practice focuses on defending employers and insurers against workers’ compensation claims and defending businesses and individuals against general liability suits (including actions based on motor vehicle crashes and slip-and-fall incidents). He prides himself on providing results-driven and efficient representation to clients in South, Middle, and Coastal Georgia.
In an effort to give back, Martin also assists local child advocacy centers in responding to subpoenas and records requests.
